I interviewed several doctors for me spinal fusion. I actually have had three done on my neck but was not happy with my doctor and his love for the patient. Dr. Falkenstein is a great doctor and actually spends time with you to explain what is wrong and how he can fix it. He sits down with you shows you your MRI and shows you at the cases where people have made a complete recovery. I got my surgery and I am very satisfied one month after the operation.

This is my second time here. First time was for me with Dr Mikael. Second time was for my daughter - she went to see Dr Mikael too. She has a broken Fibula and Tibia. The wait time was spectacular today. Fast! His nurse / RN was on it!. As soon as he came to get us he says oh no! And immediately adjusted her crutches. Took us back and proceeded to take her splint off and prep us for Dr Mikael. He came in, told us what was wrong and reassured us she should be ok. Brian came back, she picked out her cast colors & he was soooo gentle and sweet to her as he put the cast on her. She loved her pink cast would have skipped out if she was capable. Highly recommend this office.

First time at this office and staff was very friendly and welcoming. I came to this location because my doctor joined the OSS team, really satisfied with her work and care for my needs. Her name is Dr. Chrystina Jeter and she is very knowledgeable with my chronic condition. I had Carpal Tunnel/Ulnar Nerve Surgery about 2 1/2 years ago and did not recover well. After seeing her at UCLA where I met her, she began to monitor my paln symptoms and suggested several options to control my CRPS symptoms. I decided on a Stim Router implant to my ulnar nerve, and after she completed the same day procedure, it has helped control my chronic condition, Improving my normal activities. After building a great relationship with her, she advised me she was leaving the UCLA network and was going to start her new journey with OSS. I did not want to start all over again with a new doctor and decided to follow her. I'm very excited and looking forward to continuing my relationship with Dr. Jeter and OSS! Thank you.

I was suffering from an excruciating lower back pain that prevented me from doing any movement, except for standing and walking. After getting an MRI I was told by my Orthopedic Surgeon I had a 7mm herniated disc on my L5, Physical Therapy would not help, and my only options were to either get an epidural injection for a temporary pain relive or another microdiscectomy for a permeant solution (I had another microdiscectomy done two years prior on my L4). I did not want to undergo anolher surgery, nor did I want to get an injection, so I took my health in my own hands and disregarded my Orthopedic Surgeons' suggestion and came to OSS Physical therapy and started working with Dr. Rafael and Alex. Without a doubt I was one of the most complicated patients because while I was in pain all the time, my pain was not consistent, and it would be different each time. Regardless of being one of the most complicated patients Dr. Rafael and Alex always welcomed me, were always kind and patient and most importantly listened to my concerns and changed my exercises if needed to help with my recovery. Finally, after about 8-9 months I have recovered, I am no longer in pain and when I do get pain, I am able to manage it with all he right exercises that were given to me by Dr. Rafael. I have worked with many other Physical Therapists in the past, and none were as knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. I am forever grateful to have met Dr. Rafael and Alex and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that is suffering like I was.

My hip joint replacement went like clockwork, and exactly as they proposed it would be. After suffering sciatica for years and horrible hip pain for 18 months, I never thought I would lose the limp i acquired., 2 months after surgery, the limp was gone, with the pain. They offer very comprehensive post surgery PT that was crucial in me getting back to what I have lo say is literally normal I can't recommend a better team for their professional work, attitude, lop notch equipment, and their friendly staff.

I think Orthopedic Surgery Specialists group is the best group for orthopedic surgery. Over the years, before OSS, I had two knee surgeries, a shoulder surgery, and a foot surgery with different doctors and at different facilities. So I have had a lot of orthopedic experience. I discovered OSS this summer after a MRI revealed I had a broken hip. Dr. Shanhan Yacoubian did a total hip replacement in August 2016, a surgery for which I have already written a review. I highly recommend him. Total Hip replacement is a really big operation and this doctor and everyone in the office made It so manageable. I am so grateful. I can't say enough

I had a different therapist each time, each sharing their tips and suggestions for relieving my wrist pain. The facility is warm and relaxed, all of the other patients I encountered seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their sessions as well. Getting appointments here was simple enough and the front desk staff are absolutely fabulous, I am so thankful to the hand therapists here without them would continue to live in pain. With their help, I have been able to make gradual changes in my dally routines and incorporate hand exerases that have truly changed my life. Thank you, OSS Elite!

So back in April I was involved in a nasty bike accident that left me with a severely broken arm. 10 days in the hospital and 4 surgeries later I'm released to start the slow process of recovery. By the time my last surgery had finished and healed, could barely move my wrist, turn my arm, open my hand, or use my fingers. I was told by my surgeon that I would need hand therapy to recover full use of my hand but had no idea where to start or what the process would entail. I couldn't be more thankful that I found my way to OSS Elite Hand Physical therapy where I was fortunate enough to be treated by OT Loan Hoang (and occasionally Kelly Tongoi) and a great team of therapy associates. I really can't say enough about their expertise, their bedside manner, or their treating ability. Loan was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the many weeks I came in for treatment. Loan and the rest of the team made a long and sometimes challenging process enjoyable and positive. I can now say having been discharged that I have no restrictions when it comes to daily life. Whereas before I could barely open my fingers, have regained full use of my hand and have no impediments in regard to anything I need to do on a regular basis. Hopefully you never need to see an Occupational Therapist, but if you find yourself needing this type of care I can't recommend anyone more highly than OT Loan Hoang and the team at OSS including Kelly. I've seen Dr Stephan Yacoublan for several different injuries. He performed my surgery to fix a torn rotator cuff in the past and that was the quickest I've ever recovered from any surgery (and I've had many.). This time around I'm seeing him for my knee, where he's going to try a gel injection and physical therapy. I love that he doesn't jump straight into surgery - he starts off small and works his up from there if need be. Dr Stephan is an excellent physician and is very kind, compassionate, and empathetic. His office staff is wonderful as well. The physical appearance of his office is clean, wan, and inviting. An added bonus - he helps out his community and travels to other places and helps out there as well. I've recommend Dr. Stephan lo several family members and they've been more than happy with their results. I wouldn't want to see any other orthopedic surgeon!
