About

Mrs. Eggertsen has experience in occupational health with adults and children, but she has selected to focus on hand therapy. She enjoys connecting with and supporting patients as they regain independence to use their hand, wrist and elbow. One piece of advice Ms. Eggertsen gives to patients is “Take ownership of the rehabilitation process and don’t be afraid to ask questions.”

In her free time, Mrs. Eggertsen enjoys sewing, scrapbooking, rock climbing, and cooking a good meal to enjoy with friends and family. As so many of her hobbies and interests involve working with her hands, Mrs. Eggertsen understands the importance of regaining hand function in order to meaningfully engage in life.

I was lucky to have 5 sessions here all of which were the most informational and wonderful experiences. I had a different therapist each time, each sharing their tips and suggestions for relieving my wrist pain. The facility is warm and relaxed, all of ... ”

  • “This place was referred to me by my doctor after I tore my ACL and I'm very happy with everything. My doctor suggested I try PT before going with surgery. I am 6 weeks in and already walking with no issues, doing lunges, squats and other resistance training. ”

  • “Dr. Korchek was outstanding during both of my hip replacements. (It's due to him that I'm out standing, myself!) His explanations during every step of the process are clear, creating an atmosphere of complete confidence and trust. He was attentive before and after the procedure and the surgery itself was flawless. ”
