Ms. Rudra has been practicing hand therapy since 2018 with patients of all ages and backgrounds across a spectrum of hand and upper extremity diagnoses. With her background in spin instruction and dance, Ms. Rudra incorporates strength training and body mechanics into treating upper extremity injuries to help patients return to function in their lives and roles. Her patient, kind, and compassionate nature creates a safe environment for patients to thrive throughout their healing process. She understands that each person has unique needs and goals through their rehabilitation.
