Jiana Gutierrez has a passion for working in outpatient orthopedic settings, primary interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative ortho rehab, sports injuries, and working on neuromuscular re-education. She loves working with patients one-on-one and having an individualized plan of care.

She focuses on helping her patients gain back their functional mobility, decrease their pain, and has a goal-oriented treatment. She utilizes therapeutic exercises, patient education, with a combination of manual therapy when necessary, while promoting health and wellness. She is excited about taking continuing education courses and gaining additional certifications to stay learning and growing in the field of physical therapy.

She used to play volleyball and run track and field in high school, enjoys participating in any sport recreationally, exercising, watching movies, sports and tv shows, and spending quality time with family and friends. She picked PT because she is very passionate about exercise and living a health/active lifestyle.
