My approach to care….

My mission is to provide outstanding Orthopaedic care to my patients. I strongly believe in maximizing non-operative treatment options before any surgical procedure is considered. This goal requires expert knowledge of a patient's problems and effective state-of-the-art treatment solutions. A multifaceted approach is utilized involving: a thorough understanding of the patient's needs, use of modern diagnostic modalities, treatment with multiple conservative measures, and ultimately advanced surgical techniques when absolutely necessary.

My fellowship training at Harvard's Brigham & Women's Hospital in adult reconstructive and joint replacement surgery allows me to care for a wide spectrum of joint disease from the initial onset of cartilage degradation to complex joint replacement surgery.

I have extensive surgical experience in the care of arthritis patients using advanced operative techniques in Cartilage Preservation Procedures (ACI/Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation), Osteotomies, Partial Knee Replacements, Total Joint Replacements (with minimally invasive techniques), Complex Revisions, and Fracture surgery.
